Missy Barth was raised in a real estate family that handled investment properties throughout the nation.  Graduating from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, she spent several years in entertainment public relations prior to joining Fidelity in 2007.  As a National Commercial Services Sales Executive, Missy has successfully concluded title transactions for many of the major pension funds, lenders, brokers, principals, developers, investors and private equity firms. She has established herself as a resource for her local and national clients in the commercial and residential real estate investment sector.

Missy is driven and focused on achieving results.  Missy’s value-add business model keeps her in tune with the comprehensive needs of her clientele.  Tailoring her approach accordingly, she works with clients closely providing them with a high quality of service designed to enhance the process of every transaction.

I’m here to act not only as a liaison, but as a resource for my clients as well. They have the confidence of knowing that I am dedicated to assisting them in accomplishing their goals.

Developing a thorough understanding of each client’s needs, whether an institution, private investor, attorney, broker, lender or builder, this has added to her success in the industry. Her follow through and understanding of even the most complex transactions has created a client base of some of the most well-known real estate professionals in the country.  Most important is her follow through on each and every assignment.

Supporting Missy’s efforts is an experienced team of professionals whose commitment to excellence is reflected in every transaction they facilitate.  Working toward a shared vision of success, her Fidelity National Title team, acts as a single point of contact for nationwide business.  They are a proactive and collaborative group, focused on addressing challenges, creating opportunities and take pride in providing excellent service.

Missy looks forward to continuing to develop and maintain new and existing client relationships to build her business, and to act as a valued extended team member for her thriving client base on a local, national and international level.
